About me

Amy McDaniel is a  Life Coach and Energy Practitioner.

  Like most, my life has been filled with many ups and many downs.  

My story began as someone who was raised in a devout religious upbringing.  It was my life, until I decided that I needed to find my own spirituality.  I have lost 2 brothers in this lifetime and went through all the stages of grief. I have survived a very challenging divorce and know the in's and out's of being a single mom. I have also experienced the world of dating all over again, through that process I found my soulmate. Through trial and error I know what works, and what doesn't.    

On my road to finding myself, I went through years of reading many self help and motivational books.  I attended countless life coaching programs to find ways to reprogram my mind for a better life.  I also dived into training with some of the most well known spiritual healers in the country.  

What was the result?  I found my new happy in my 40's, after years of trying to find my authentic self.  I understand, and know what is needed to live a happy fulfilled life and what mental training is required to keep on that path.  

Today, I am an energy life coach.  Someone who has combined my education, life experience and training to help others find their purpose.
