What We Do

We recommend that all first time clients commit to eight online  sessions. Each session lasts 50 minutes. We spread the sessions over 2 months (every week).  

The 1st eight sessions are crucial.  It allows the progression from one session to the next.  From identifying patterns, to implementing action, to seeing the positive changes take place.
